Responsibilities

  • Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting teams (6-8 recruiters).
  • Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes for highly positive candidate and interviewer experiences.
  • Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates.
  • Identify and implement best practices for recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
