Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or AI-augmented engineering.
- Experience leading AI-driven SDLC transformation and agentic workflow automation.
- Hands-on coding experience with AI coding assistants.
- Expert knowledge in performance, scalability, and distributed architecture.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with Javascript frameworks (React, Angular), HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in REST API architecture.
- Advanced experience in cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD tools.
- Experience building microservice architectures with an API-first mindset.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the enterprise adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Design and implement AI-augmented SDLC frameworks for code generation and automated testing.
- Develop agentic automation systems to accelerate bug fixing, refactoring, and documentation.
- Build AI-enabled engineering platforms integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Design agent-based engineering systems using frameworks like n8n and OpenClaw.
- Implement architectures based on Agent frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Drive enterprise architectural decisions related to AI-enabled development and infrastructure.
- Lead large-scale legacy modernization initiatives leveraging AI.
- Implement AI-driven telemetry and observability frameworks.
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance across engineering teams.
