Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Javascript
- Experience shaping the architecture of a complex, multi-user platform
- Experience building rich, interactive UIs (canvas editors, streaming interfaces, real-time collaboration)
- Comfort with full stack concepts (APIs, WebSockets, build tooling, CI/CD, testing)
- Excellent communication skills for remote-first work
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Build 'Claude Code for Public Services'
- Own features end-to-end across the whole stack
- Set the technical vision for UI architecture (state management, component patterns, build tooling, design system)
- Partner with product and design to shape the product roadmap
- Provide technical leadership through code review and architectural guidance
- Model high engineering standards for government-grade software
