Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Javascript
- Proven experience shaping architecture for a complex, multi-user platform
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Experience building rich, interactive UIs (canvas editors, streaming interfaces, real-time collaboration)
- Full stack familiarity including APIs, WebSockets, build tooling, CI/CD, and testing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Build 'Claude Code for Public Services'
- Own features end-to-end across the whole stack
- Design and implement data workflow integrations
- Develop AI-powered agent interfaces
- Create dynamic dashboards for anomalous behavior detection
- Implement real-time debugging tools
- Set technical vision for UI architecture and state management
- Define component patterns and build tooling
- Partner with product and design to shape the product roadmap
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering standards
