Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration/administration experience.
  • Prior external consulting or SI delivery experience.
  • Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator OR Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs spanning Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Author business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, data models, and solution architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform including flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Drive UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.
  • Support change management and user adoption through training and enablement.
  • Manage requirements backlog and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and solution presentations.
