Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Partner Management.
  • Experience working with distributors and channel ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at events, webinars, and partner engagements.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for AI usage, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Strong client liaison skills.
  • Experience planning and managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives across EMEA regions.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to deliver joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Drive partner enablement, demand generation, and pipeline growth programs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for digital and in-person marketing activities.
  • Support partners with MDF processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage external agencies for timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate and support event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare end-of-month reports and quarterly business reviews.
