Requirements
- Fluent English speaker.
- 4–5 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Partner Management.
- Experience working with distributors and channel ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at events, webinars, and partner engagements.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude for AI usage, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Strong client liaison skills.
- Experience planning and managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives across EMEA regions.
- Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to deliver joint marketing and sales initiatives.
- Drive partner enablement, demand generation, and pipeline growth programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for digital and in-person marketing activities.
- Support partners with MDF processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage external agencies for timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate and support event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations.
- Prepare end-of-month reports and quarterly business reviews.
