Requirements

- Experience solving complex technical challenges.

- Experience owning end-to-end payment systems and integrations (e.g., Stripe, Adyen).
- Experience designing resilient, idempotent workflows.
- Experience operating payment systems in production (monitoring, incident response, performance optimization).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Risk teams.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
- Experience ensuring financial correctness, reconciliation, and auditability.
Responsibilities
- Run a modern, containerized service-oriented architecture.
- Ship code to production multiple times a day.
- Solve complex performance problems and scale software.
- Build performant and inclusive user interfaces.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve software stack.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development.
- Own large areas of the payments stack from design through operation.
- Develop against native payment processing solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Product teams to deliver payment strategies.
