Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of at least one CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, threat models, and CNAPP.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies (CI/CD, IaC, Version Control).
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proven track record of managing a book of business with 5-10+ customers.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
- Navigate customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
- Act as primary technical contact to solve questions and issues via email, Slack, and tickets.
- Help customers develop success plans with measurable goals.
- Lead customers to full adoption and value realization.
- Assist in project managing adoption goals across business units.
- Report progress and results to stakeholders via QBRs and briefings.
- Capture feature requests and liaise with Product and Engineering teams.
- Manage renewal and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales teams.
