Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of at least one CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
  • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, threat models, and CNAPP.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps technologies (CI/CD, IaC, Version Control).
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business with 5-10+ customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
  • Navigate customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
  • Act as primary technical contact to solve questions and issues via email, Slack, and tickets.
  • Help customers develop success plans with measurable goals.
  • Lead customers to full adoption and value realization.
  • Assist in project managing adoption goals across business units.
  • Report progress and results to stakeholders via QBRs and briefings.
  • Capture feature requests and liaise with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Manage renewal and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales teams.
