Requirements
- Experience in Data Engineer/Architect role including ETL, data preparation, ingestion, and streaming
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in AWS cloud environments
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other data processing tools
- Intermediate to Upper English level
- Experience with Apache Spark
- Proficiency in AWS Data services (S3, Glue, Athena, Sagemaker)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, pipelines)
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum team
- Experience with Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform, Cloudformation)
Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and prepare data for modern Data solutions and AI
- Design ETLs and ELTs for data transformations
- Design, build, and manage Datalake architectures
- Work with Apache Hadoop projects (Spark, Hive, Pig, Oozie, Airflow)
- Integrate and test Data solutions
- Create and document tests to meet requirements
- Work with Bigdata environments
- Manage Data Cloud services, data access, security, and data governance
- Analyze and prepare data for Machine Learning workloads
- Manage monitoring and logs of applications and services
