Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
- Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities
- Prepare renewal proposals and remarket accounts
- Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Partner with producers and team members to support client retention and cross-sell efforts
