Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, or program management.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering technology solutions in cloud-based environments.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and traceability.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams including software engineers, data engineers, architects, and QA.
- Experience with cloud technology environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Scrum Master certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Agile-at-Scale methodologies.
- Create, manage, and maintain project roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules using Azure DevOps.
- Oversee requirements discovery and documentation in collaboration with business analysts and technical teams.
- Serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Ensure technical solutions meet defined business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and manage team blockers, conflicts, risks, and scope changes.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and executive reporting sessions.
- Coordinate across development, data, QA, architecture, and business teams.
- Assemble and present project status, metrics, risks, and performance reports to management.
