Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Two or more years of post-undergraduate experience in a clinical setting, leadership, or project management.
- Experience with hospital information systems and Epic builds (strongly preferred).
- Epic application certification (EpicCare Ambulatory or EpicCare Inpatient) (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of the US health care system.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel and Access experience required).
- Ability to use analytic and report-generating software.
- Ability to handle/analyze large databases.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination support and leadership for designated information systems, informatics, technology-focused, and quality evaluations and initiatives.
- Perform EMR system analysis and design.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to understand and optimize information technology systems.
- Collect and analyze data to develop summary reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Perform data aggregation, analysis, and data presentations.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination.
