Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
- Knowledge of business products and processes.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business users.
- Understanding of project management concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to complete Epic certification within 6 weeks of final class.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret federal regulations for EHR systems.
- Provide support to customers in defining or designing business processes.
- Actively research and provide information on technical trends.
- Consult with technical subject matter experts and develop alternative solutions.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve software issues independently.
- Document all aspects of project plans.
- Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments.
