Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ years equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in industrial product sales, preferably with manufacturer or dealer networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of wholesale and retail parts/service operations.
- Knowledge of lift truck markets.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing plans targeting dealer leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools.
- Strong sales and marketing expertise.
- Excellent time management and territory planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage extensively with dealer network through frequent travel (approximately 75%).
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for all parts segments.
- Work closely with dealers to expand their service business.
- Partner with aftersales marketing to advance eCommerce initiatives.
- Provide dealers with sales tools, training, and coaching.
- Track, analyze, and report sales data and market insights using CRM and BI tools.
