Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ years equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in industrial product sales, preferably with manufacturer or dealer networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of wholesale and retail parts/service operations.
  • Knowledge of lift truck markets.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing plans targeting dealer leadership.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools.
  • Strong sales and marketing expertise.
  • Excellent time management and territory planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage extensively with dealer network through frequent travel (approximately 75%).
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for all parts segments.
  • Work closely with dealers to expand their service business.
  • Partner with aftersales marketing to advance eCommerce initiatives.
  • Provide dealers with sales tools, training, and coaching.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales data and market insights using CRM and BI tools.
