Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience focused on APIs, platforms, or integrations.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system architecture.
- Demonstrated success launching integrations or platform features from concept through delivery.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Own the API as a product.
- Drive the strategy to bring our API to full parity with our consumer white-label ordering platform.
- Partner with Engineering to define and monitor standards for API performance, security, and uptime.
- Lead the product lifecycle for new integrations across the ecosystem (CRM, donations, memberships, etc.).
- Analyze functional gaps between Nliven and key competitors to inform integration strategy.
- Define how third-party products connect to Nliven and build scaling frameworks.
- Establish KPIs for integration adoption, API reliability, and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to write PRDs and iterate on prototypes.
- Gather feedback from clients and partners to translate into product requirements.
