Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Finance or related field (combination of education and experience is acceptable)
- Understanding of OSP construction and fiber splicing
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Solid multi-tasking skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
Responsibilities
- Receive, interpret and clarify requests regarding 3rd party fiber and/or conduit needs
- Request quotes from vendors for identified assets
- Track, follow up, and escalate vendor quote receipt
- Communicate vendor quote information via internal systems
- Execute necessary service orders with selected vendors
- Coordinate with vendors and internal groups to confirm assets meet quality standards
- Report on work step data for metric and performance tracking
