- Experience with telecommunications, cloud, or managed services preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with quote generation and RFP response tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executives with daily sales activities and prospect meetings.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Generate and manage quotes, sales orders, and contract documentation.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate pricing and product availability with vendors.
- Track customer orders from submission through installation and activation.
- Manage revenue tracking and contract renewals.
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries regarding services.
