Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, telecommunications, technology services, or customer success
  • Experience supporting a sales organization in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with carrier services, connectivity, or XaaS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executives and Sales Consultants with day-to-day sales activities
  • Coordinate prospect meetings, teleconferences, and customer reviews
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, and contract documentation
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data and CRM records
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with vendor and supplier partners
  • Process and track customer orders from submission through activation
  • Support contract renewals, service upgrades, and agreement modifications
  • Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and services
