Requirements
- 8-15 years of professional experience in the Payments Industry.
- Deep mastery of global payment methodologies (authorization, clearing, settlement).
- Experience with card networks, ACH, SEPA, and RTP.
- Technical acumen in SQL and data extraction.
- Proven track record or readiness to manage and grow talent.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead payment lifecycle strategy across channels (cards, ACH, digital wallets).
- Manage and mentor a growing team.
- Architect payment flows to reduce bottlenecks and costs.
- Act as primary lead for payment providers and processors.
- Implement monitoring frameworks for incident response.
- Enforce compliance with network rules (Visa/Mastercard) and regulations (AML/KYC).
- Provide operational insights and metrics to executive leadership.
