- Independent licensure in a mental health field required
- Experience working with a wide range of ages preferred
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Access to reliable technology resources for telehealth services
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate personable and competent communication skills to develop rapport with clients and referral sources
- Present programming information in a thorough and supportive manner
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria
- Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules
- Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams
- Collaborate with referral sources such as hospitals, psychiatrists, and therapists
