Requirements
- 8+ years of experience from a product-based IT company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithm Design.
- Deep proficiency in Node.js for high-concurrency orchestration.
- Deep proficiency in Python for AI/ML logic and data processing.
- Experience building applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Expert-level knowledge of Databases (Cassandra, MySQL).
- Experience with Data Processing frameworks (Kafka, Airflow, Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience building REST APIs and debugging microservices.
- Experience in Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins.
- Cloud expertise in GCP or AWS.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of critical backend components.
- Build high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
- Create reliable, scalable, and high-performance services using distributed systems.
- Expertly navigate complex systems to identify and address challenges.
- Lead by example through code quality and architectural approach.
- Debug production issues and maintain existing codebases.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support services.
- Level up the team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and onboarding.
