Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- At least 5 years in private equity-backed company settings
- Strong accounting background and deep understanding of US GAAP and international standards (UK GAAP, IFRS)
- Proven experience with M&A transactions and post-merger integrations
- Experience implementing new ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
- Expertise in FP&A, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and value creation
- Experience with multi-country finance operations (US, UK, Europe)
- Ability to manage international finance teams across time zones and cultures
Responsibilities
- Move the organization to best practice on controllership and financial management
- Complete the financial integration of MCE/NexGen including systems consolidation
- Develop financial reporting processes including weekly flash and board materials
- Drive the annual budgeting process across all locations
- Review billing and revenue recognition processes across project types and geographies
- Implement new ERP systems and automation platforms
- Serve as trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership
- Recruit and develop a high-performing global finance team
