Requirements
- 2+ years of investment banking or fixed income sales/trading/structuring experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools
- Understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Looker, SQL, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
- Commercial approach to structure, market, and sell financial products
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with new and existing investors and lenders
- Develop and maintain robust financial and operating models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Track and analyze operating expenses, key financial metrics, and strategic goals
- Support operational needs for existing funding deals, including cash management and allocation of originations
- Produce periodic reporting and monitor facilities
- Analyze and manage allocation of assets across multiple funding channels
- Support short-term liquidity forecasting and treasury operations
- Manage and validate funding data pipelines
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting/Risk, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams
