Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australian, or European).
  • Strong familiarity with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Cin7, ShipStation).
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with numbers, codes, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all online customer enquiries through Gorgias.
  • Handle WhatsApp customer communications for collection launches.
  • Resolve order amendments, delivery issues, and product enquiries.
  • Process customer refunds and support returns and exchanges.
  • Conduct daily order checks and report issues to the e-commerce team.
  • Execute weekly stock transfers to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Upload and manage product information, imagery, and size guides on Shopify.
  • Run regular UX spot-checks and update website pricing.
  • Support international customers through Global-E.
  • Extract key metrics for performance reporting.
