Requirements
- 2+ years experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australian, or European).
- Strong familiarity with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Cin7, ShipStation).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with numbers, codes, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage all online customer enquiries through Gorgias.
- Handle WhatsApp customer communications for collection launches.
- Resolve order amendments, delivery issues, and product enquiries.
- Process customer refunds and support returns and exchanges.
- Conduct daily order checks and report issues to the e-commerce team.
- Execute weekly stock transfers to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Upload and manage product information, imagery, and size guides on Shopify.
- Run regular UX spot-checks and update website pricing.
- Support international customers through Global-E.
- Extract key metrics for performance reporting.
