Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting and exceeding outbound quota.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Data fluency to read funnels and diagnose issues.
  • Experience selling into L&D, HR, or People leaders.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees).
  • Informal leadership experience (mentoring, peer training, onboarding).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and FullEnrich.

Responsibilities

  • Own a personal pipeline-generation quota into mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Run multi-channel outbound using email, LinkedIn, phone, and video.
  • Partner with AEs to land target accounts and multi-thread complex organizations.
  • Maintain high standard of outbound work to serve as a reference for the team.
  • Coach peers on cadences, calls, emails, and account strategy.
  • Co-build and iterate on the SDR playbook alongside the CRO and Marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign rollout and Sales Ops on tooling.
  • Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and ramping new SDRs.
