Requirements

- Cold calling and follow-up skills

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
- Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
- Perform cold calling and follow-up activities
- Build value quickly to set appointments for MCC sales staff
- Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
- Effectively communicate using interpersonal skills
- Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
