Requirements
- 5+ years of SFDC experience
- Expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC
- Experience with declarative development (workflows, approval processes, validation rules)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (JQuery, AngularJS)
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services
- Knowledge of Git, VS Code, and SonarQube
- Deep understanding of the overall SFDC ecosystem
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Implement strategy to help Salesforce engineers deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with architects and analysts to execute technical solutions.
- Manage development and deployment lifecycle (VCS, CI/CD, unit testing).
- Perform code reviews and maintain codebase quality.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Lead the adoption of best practices across the engineering team.
