Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in endpoint or network security space (e.g., AV, EDR, forensics, SIEM)
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales process
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on roadmap feedback
- Develop technical marketing materials such as whitepapers and solution briefs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts
