Requirements
- Licensed, Registered Nurse or therapist in the State of Pennsylvania
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years in home health care or long term care facility
- Proven progressive advancement and leadership in a Medicare-certified home health agency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Valid Driver's License and reliable automobile
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organization, leadership and provision of agency clinical programs and daily operations
- Review, analyze, and appraise the effectiveness of the total Agency clinical program and daily operation
- Participate in ongoing evaluation of Agency financial performance
- Direct team members in improving clinical outcomes, operational processes, and quality improvement activities
- Respond to exceptions in performance metrics such as clinical outcomes, audit results, and compliance directives
- Participate in strategic planning and administrative activities
- Develop and prepare reports for President and Board members
- Establish staffing patterns to supervise patient care
