- Build intelligent trigger-based sequences to support student motivation
- Reduce refund rates through timely, relevant communication
- Segment the database by behavior and lifecycle status
- Drive student engagement and activity through CRM: email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Build the referral channel as a system
- Design end-to-end referral flows
- Test mechanics, offers, and timing
