Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable technical training programs.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident in communicating with and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management systems.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles and value-based or consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer (Strongly Preferred).
  • Experience with structured selling frameworks like Command of the Message (Strongly Preferred).
  • Exposure to containerization or DevOps tooling (Strongly Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute technical enablement initiatives aligned to business goals.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery from content development to measurement.
  • Develop learning experiences for pre- and post-sales teams.
  • Own and evolve technical onboarding for Solutions Engineers and TAMs.
  • Act as a strategic connector between technical and GTM teams.
  • Develop content for product launches.
  • Manage enablement content in LMS and related systems.
  • Use performance data and metrics to identify skill gaps.
