Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable technical training programs.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Confident in communicating with and presenting to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management systems.
- Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles and value-based or consultative selling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience with structured selling frameworks like Command of the Message (Strongly Preferred).
- Exposure to containerization or DevOps tooling (Strongly Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and execute technical enablement initiatives aligned to business goals.
- Own end-to-end program delivery from content development to measurement.
- Develop learning experiences for pre- and post-sales teams.
- Own and evolve technical onboarding for Solutions Engineers and TAMs.
- Act as a strategic connector between technical and GTM teams.
- Develop content for product launches.
- Manage enablement content in LMS and related systems.
- Use performance data and metrics to identify skill gaps.
