Requirements

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, support, and commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, veterinary, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, continuously refined, and aligned with business value and customer impact.
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, customer needs, retention risks, operational efficiency, and technical sustainability.
  • Serve as the central product liaison across engineering, support, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient development.
  • Support delivery execution by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while actively removing blockers.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to guide continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and lifecycle decisions, ensuring balance between maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
