Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Business acumen with an engineering mindset
- Technical knowledge of systems integration (APIs, SOAP, REST)
- Technical knowledge of Voice and Digital AI products (AI Agents, Chatbots, IVA)
- Enterprise architecture design experience
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven record of successful solution selling
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Machine Learning
- Experience with CCaaS and UCaaS industry trends
- Ability to travel nationally up to 60%
Responsibilities
- Partner with direct and indirect sales teams to acquire new Five9 customers
- Drive prospect facing solution discovery and integrate technology into existing infrastructure
- Translate customer business needs to technical solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise to Sales Directors and Solution Consultants
- Deliver customized solution demonstrations and presentations
- Answer RFP and RFI requests
- Work with Professional Services to align on product configuration
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Managers to define new initiatives
- Provide on-site consulting work for clients
