Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge of systems integration (APIs, SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of Voice and Digital AI products like AI Agents, Chatbots, and Interactive Voice Assistants (IVA)
- Experience with Agentic AI Architecture, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, and LLMs
- Experience with CCaaS and UCaaS environments
- Enterprise architecture design experience
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven record of successful solution selling
- Ability to travel nationally up to 60%
Responsibilities
- Partner with direct and indirect sales teams to acquire new Five9 customers and increase Five9 footprint within the install base
- Drive and engage prospect facing solution discovery, with a focus on integrating Five9 technology into an organization’s existing infrastructure
- Translate customer business needs/outcomes to technical solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise to Five9 Sales Directors and Solution Consultants
- Deliver customized solution demonstrations & presentations
- Answer prospect/customer-initiated Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
- Work with Professional Services to align on configuration of products for customers
- Work with Marketing and Product Managers to define new products & initiatives
