Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing operations or campaign execution experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Iterable.
- Experience executing lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Experience with operational execution for direct mail and/or phone outreach.
- Strong comfort with audience segmentation logic and tracking setup.
- Proven ability to create and maintain operational workflows and QA processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experienced using AI tools in daily workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle campaign operations in Iterable end-to-end: build and launch campaigns, journeys/workflows, triggers, templates, and personalization.
- Build and manage audiences based on defined segmentation frameworks.
- Execute campaigns from setup to launch, including monitoring.
- Manage and evolve QA processes to ensure flawless execution.
- Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
- Ensure proper setup and governance of marketing tools like Iterable and Salesforce.
- Maintain lifecycle data infrastructure and documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally to align campaign execution with priorities.
- Operationalize structured experimentation like A/B tests and holdouts.
- Support operational workflows for channels like direct mail and phone outreach.
