Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue).
- Experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Experience navigating and debugging large codebases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics stakeholders.
- Articulate technical constraints and consider risks and trade-offs.
- Support operations and availability of team artifacts by monitoring metrics.
- Handle 'keep the lights on' and on-call responsibilities.
- Contribute to the team interview process.
- Provide feedback and support peers through code reviews.
