Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin.
- Ability to design solutions interacting with multiple software components.
- Proficiency in writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Experience navigating a large code base and debugging others' code.
- Experience providing feedback through code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to participate in ideation and articulate technical constraints.
- Support operations and availability by creating and monitoring metrics.
- Manage escalation and on-call efforts.
- Engage in growth and development activities including participation in the interview process.
