Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent.
  • Experience building or managing products across enrollment funnels, onboarding experiences, or engagement workflows.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience translating user needs and business goals into shipped product features.
  • Strong analytical skills and product judgment.
  • Experience with AI-enabled products or personalization systems is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a plus.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot CRM workflows and automation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver program growth, including caregiver acquisition, enrollment, onboarding, and the transition into ongoing engagement.
  • Translate company growth goals and go-to-market strategy into clear, prioritized product initiatives that improve caregiver activation, conversion, and time-to-value.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to personalize caregiver enrollment experiences.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end caregiver experiences grounded in empathy and usability.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define, track, and own key growth, enrollment, and activation metrics.
