Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding iRobot products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Stay updated on iRobot product features, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
