Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incoming service requests and operational issues post-implementation.
  • Apply industry and process knowledge to troubleshoot complex, non-standard problems.
  • Monitor 'Unassigned' Mid-Market queue and address critical service requests.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with external hauling partners to ensure service adherence.
  • Collaborate with internal Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Communicate resolution details and service changes to internal stakeholders.
