Requirements
- Proficiency in backend development using Go, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Experience with Rust.
- Hands-on experience with gRPC, REST, GraphQL, and tRPC.
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
- Workflow management experience with Temporal.
- Operational experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Sentry.
- Strong technical design and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design stable, evolvable APIs for custody, transfers, or issuance.
- Build idempotent job flows for high-throughput transfers with audit trails.
- Harden key operations using hardware-backed isolation.
- Improve p95 latency via query tuning, caching, and backpressure strategies.
- Navigate trade-offs between product velocity and compliance requirements.
- Integrate services with banking partners and crypto infrastructure providers.
- Lead cross-service initiatives like API versioning or data model migrations.
