Responsibilities
- Own accounting operations including AP, vendor management, and revenue recognition.
- Build and maintain internal control environment.
- Manage tax compliance and year-end reporting.
- Oversee treasury operations and covenant tracking.
- Lead annual financial audits and 409A valuations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and support growth.
