Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, or infrastructure automation environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and automation scripting for network or infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and network infrastructure platforms.
- Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with network telemetry, observability, and high-volume data analytics systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across software and infrastructure domains.
- Experience in AI Ops, machine learning infrastructure, or agentic AI systems is a strong plus.
- Exposure to GPU infrastructure management or network inventory systems such as NetBox is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an AI Ops and network automation strategy aligned with business objectives and operational outcomes.
- Design and implement automation solutions across provisioning, configuration, monitoring, orchestration, and network analytics.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and Ansible workflows integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and operate on-prem AI infrastructure, including GPU-enabled environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deploy and orchestrate agentic AI systems and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Integrate security best practices into automation and AI pipelines, including access control, encryption, and audit logging.
- Develop and enhance network telemetry, inventory systems, and NetFlow-based analytics for large-scale environments.
- Collaborate with global software, platform, and network engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
