Requirements
- 5+ years in QA Automation with a specialized focus on Backend and API Testing.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Pytest and working within a Flask environment.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress for frontend automation.
- Ability to handle and test asynchronous patterns (OCR/AI processing pipelines).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience or interest in Health-Tech and handling sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain existing Python-based test suites (Flask environment) to cover API and business logic edge cases.
- Validate complex user journeys, from initial intake forms to final summary builds and case transitions.
- Test critical business logic scenarios, such as processing day calculations, partial records from agencies, and multi-user conflict scenarios.
- Build and maintain a regression suite for our Next.js frontend using Playwright or Cypress.
- Set up and optimize CI pipeline triggers to ensure automated tests run on every push.
