Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7–10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in controls systems and material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or Promis-e.
- Proven ability to manage engineering teams, projects, and cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Understanding of supplier coordination and multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project planning tools like MS Project.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop an electrical engineering team.
- Oversee multiple concurrent engineering projects for alignment with timelines and quality.
- Define and improve engineering processes, standards, and documentation practices.
- Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and team capacity.
- Guide the design and documentation of electrical controls systems for automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Lead technical reviews and design validation.
- Support development of operational documentation such as functional specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
