Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related technical roles.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including complex query development and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent visualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, and cloud-based data environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on large datasets.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions in a healthcare or operations context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred experience with healthcare data, provider operations, system migrations, and data mining techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions that support service fund and provider operations, ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data insights.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using platforms such as Databricks and UDAP to integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
- Support data migration initiatives from legacy systems (mainframe and SQL servers) to cloud-based environments.
- Create reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other BI platforms to support operational and strategic needs.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business use cases, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of data models and reporting systems.
