Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake
- Strong SQL knowledge (T-SQL, PL/SQL)
- In-depth understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in statistical techniques and experimental design
- Proven leadership experience in complex projects
Responsibilities
- Help lead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly BI solutions
- Develop and optimize data models, data flows, and processes
- Integrate and develop AI-driven modeling into BI architectures
- Ensure performance and scalability of BI tools by tuning data sets
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Design and optimize complex reports and dashboards
- Work with data engineers to integrate and fine-tune data sources
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members
