Requirements
- Eight or more years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or related roles.
- Deep expertise in SQL and data modeling.
- Strong experience designing Tableau dashboards.
- Experience building governed and reusable semantic layers.
- Proven track record of defining, documenting, and owning business critical metrics.
- Experience working in dynamic environments.
- Outcome oriented mindset with a focus on adoption and scalability.
- Experience supporting customer experience, contact center, or operational organizations (preferred).
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Genesys, and workforce management tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and steward complex BI datasets, governed semantic layers, and Tableau dashboards.
- Define and evolve enterprise metrics, taxonomy, and governance.
- Partner with Data Engineering to shape data contracts, ingestion requirements, and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with Analytics to translate exploratory analysis into standardized BI products.
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL transformations.
- Champion data quality by identifying issues and driving improvements.
- Build BI assets that enable downstream use cases such as AI powered analytics.
- Establish BI documentation, metadata standards, and data quality signals.
- Drive BI adoption by partnering with leaders to prioritize high impact work.
- Serve as a trusted cross functional partner for Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
