Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Active Health and Life Insurance License.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing large distributed teams and/or external partner organizations.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale revenue growth in complex sales environments.
- Strong experience in partner ecosystem management, including governance, contracting, and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of regulated sales environments, compliance requirements, and customer experience standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual and multi-year revenue targets across FMO and CC partner channels, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Define and execute national partner sales strategies, including market expansion, channel optimization, and revenue acceleration initiatives.
- Lead governance and performance management for external sales partners, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and expectations.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage complex partner agreements, including compensation models, incentives, and service-level commitments.
- Build and optimize performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems to track partner productivity, compliance, and customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and partner channel scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Training to ensure alignment and execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for partner management, strategy, and execution.
