Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multi-product SaaS portfolios.
- Experience in MarTech, Pharma, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in portfolio strategy, product lifecycle ownership, and P&L responsibility across international markets.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial skills, including business case development, pricing, ROI analysis, and SaaS metrics.
- Deep expertise in product management practices such as discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and experimentation.
- Experience balancing innovation vs. optimization and core platform vs. customer-driven development.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale product organizations, define operating standards, and mentor product managers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to manage both individual work and team performance effectively.
- Creative, critical, and structured thinker with a problem-solving orientation and strong execution focus.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end product portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and market needs.
- Manage portfolio composition decisions (invest, grow, maintain, sunset) to maximize business impact, ROI, and competitive positioning.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product direction and prioritization.
- Identify, evaluate, and validate new product and business opportunities, including the development of business cases and early-stage execution.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement, balancing innovation with optimization.
- Monitor product performance metrics (revenue, profitability, adoption, retention) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Establish cross-product priorities and allocate resources effectively across initiatives based on strategic value and impact.
- Build and scale the product management function by defining standards, capabilities, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
